It's just very special, ' says 48-year-old Duncan. There's more to the business than the historic Holker Hall and its glorious gardens. Lord and Lady Cavendish preside over an extensive agricultural and residential property portfolio, Cartmel Racecourse, holiday parks, Holbeck Homes and Roose and Walney Sand and Gravel Company.
